The role
As part of growth – a vacancy has arisen for a Special Projects Consultant for a new Division within Secom. This is a very exciting and new role for the right person who wants to make a success of themselves within Secom and make their mark. The successful applicant will be expected to travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.
Monitor Secom’s industry competitors, product and market conditions, generate all leads and ensure that CRM records are maintained promptly and accurately. Converse on a regular basis at Manager and Director level.
The candidate
- Knowledge must be of a high standard in Security Fire and Physical
- Have excellent presentation and customer facing skills
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions and have the ability to close
- Be professional and be able to demonstrate a work ethic that is required for this role
- A committed can-do attitude is a large part of this role and teamwork within Secom will be the catalyst for success
- Hardworking, self-motivated individual who can work effectively under pressure and within a team and individual environment
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proactively research, identify and convert new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records within SalesForce for all customer/influencer activity
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred
- Willing to travel with overnight stays
