Service Engineers

We are currently seeking Service Engineers with experience in servicing intruder alarms, CCTV systems and access control systems. Knowledge of Fire and Emergency Lighting systems would be beneficial. All candidates must have had previous experience in either installation work or reactive and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate should be able to work on their own initiative and have good intruder alarm industry experience to NSI standards along with knowledge of CCTV and access control systems. The package is commensurate with experience, knowledge base and qualifications. Overtime is frequently available for which additional payments will be made. Basic hours are 40hrs per week. This role includes call out shifts on a rota basis.

The Role

  • Attend sites and undertake small works installation, periodic maintenance and fault finding
  • Meet predefined target times for periodic inspections
  • Clear and concise communication with the service desk regarding customer issues
  • All paperwork / electronic reporting to the service desk carried out promptly
  • To present a professional appearance

The Candidate

  • Previous experience is necessary
  • Must have full UK Driving Licence
  • Good timekeeping
  • Customer orientated
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
  • Dynamic, forward thinking and ambitious
