Service Administrators

Location: Birmingham Department: Admin
We are seeking to recruit administrators for our service department based in our busy Birmingham Office.

The Role

We are seeking to recruit administrators for our service department based in our busy Birmingham Office.

You will be required to manage a range of administrative tasks which will include ordering equipment, liaising with customers, engineers and various departments, Invoicing, maintaining customer modules and producing various reports for the Regional Engineering Manager. You must be an experienced administrator with good computer skills including Microsoft Office and an eye for detail.

The successful applicant should be an efficient communicator, able to multi task and have a flexible and professional can do attitude towards work. Good organisational skills together with a pleasant telephone manner are essential.

This role is currently 8.30am until 5pm Monday to Friday.
