Security Consultant – Hull & the North East

Location: Northern Region Department: Sales
We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Security Consultant for our North East sales territory which covers Hull, York, Lincoln, Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Harrogate, Sunderland, Teesside, Newcastle and postcodes HU, YO, LN, DN, DL, NE, TS, DH, SR, HG.

The Role

  • Proactively sell our full portfolio of fire and security solutions to both new and existing clients within a defined geographical area
  • Responsible for sourcing and developing new business opportunities while maximising opportunities from the existing customer base within your territory, seeking cross-selling opportunities across all products and services
  • Ensuring CRM records (inc. diaries) are maintained promptly and accurately
  • Achieve or exceed sales installation OV targets
  • Maintain a regular liaison with identified key influencers
  • Proactively research, identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records within SalesForce for all customer/influencer activity
  • Ensure optimum cross-selling activity of all related fire and security products
  • Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in conjunction with the sales manager
  • Provide reliable and accurate sales forecasts to the sales manager
  • Fully manage a portfolio of existing customers and be solely responsible for sales generation from those existing accounts
  • To achieve or exceed Recurring Revenue Targets and Key Response Targets
