National Accounts Administrative Assistant

Location: Kent Department: Admin
We are currently seeking a National Accounts Administrative Assistant to work from our busy Rochester office, reporting directly to the to the National Accounts Support Manager.

The Role

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Excellent typing and communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good written skills are essential within this role
  • Ability to prioritise your workload
  • Work effectively under pressure and within a team environment
  • Knowledge of SAGE, Aeromark, Salesforce and any Portal Management experience would be an added advantage

All these skills will require a high level of accuracy and commitment to ensure that the product delivered to our customers and branch network meets their expectations and our contractual commitments.

Full training will be given and upon completion the ability to work from home with one day in the office per week will be a consideration for the right candidate.
