A vacancy has arisen within our National Accounts Office in Rochester for the role of National Administrative Assistant, reporting to the National Accounts Support Manager.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic individual to join our team providing administrative support to our National Accounts team.

You will be required to have excellent typing and communication skills and a confident telephone manner. The ability to prioritise your workload and good written skills are essential within this role.

The role will require knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAGE, Aeromark and Salesforce. Any Portal Management experience would be an added advantage.

All these skills will require a high level of accuracy and commitment to ensure that the product delivered to our customers and branch network meets their expectations and our contractual commitments.

The Candidate

We are looking for a hardworking and self-motivated individual, with a flexible and “can do” attitude to their work, who is able to work effectively under pressure and within a team environment.

Full training will be given and upon completion the ability to work from home with one day in the office per week will be a consideration for the right candidate.
