The Role
- Attend and undertake servicing of security systems, access, IP CCTV and VMS Platforms
- Attend sites and undertake reactive fault-finding visits and maintenance of installed products
- Understand specifications, drawings and design standards to ensure the systems are installed to the clients brief and standard
- Solution finding and problem-solving mentality and methodology
- Meet deadlines including predefined target times, first fix dates and PMV dates
- Communicate clearly and concisely with the service team and management regarding customer issues or site problems
- Carry out all paperwork and electronic reporting to the service team promptly
- Present a professional appearance at all times
- Active team member of on call service rota
- Commercial awareness to ensure the job is delivered within the timescale allocated

Requirements:
- Experience in servicing of security alarm systems, CCTV and Access
- PMV delivery of inspections
- Hold current qualifications or have relevant experience in security alarm systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Knowledge of Galaxy Intruder, IP CCTV & Access Control systems
- Pacom equipment knowledge would be advantageous
- Understanding of service delivery and current standards
