The Role
- Attend and undertake Servicing of Security Systems, access, IP CCTV and VMS Platforms
- Attend sites and undertake re-active fault-finding visits and maintenance of installed products
- An understanding of specifications, drawings and design standards to ensure the systems are installed to clients brief and standard
- Solution and problem solver mentality and methodology
- To meet predefined target times, First fix, PMV dates
- Clear and concise communication with the Service team and Management regarding customer issues or site problems
- All paperwork/electronic reporting to the Service team carried out promptly
- To present a professional appearance at all times
- Active team member of on call service rota
- Commercial awareness to ensure the job is delivered within the timescale allocated

Requirements:
- Experience in Servicing of Security Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access
- PMV delivery of Inspections
- Hold current qualifications or have relevant experience in Security Alarm Systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Knowledge of Galaxy Intruder, IP CCTV & Access Control systems
- Pacom equipment knowledge would be advantageous
- Understanding of Service Delivery
- Current standards
