Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Kenley Department: Marketing
An exciting role has opened up in our busy marketing department for a Digital Marketing Executive (Kenley/Home based)

We are on the hunt for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our busy marketing team. Our head office is based in Kenley, Surrey and the position is part office, part home based.

We run many digital campaigns internally so we need someone who can make it happen. We also work with agencies, so you’ll need to have experience in briefing, managing and analysing campaigns effectively whilst maintaining a professional approach to help build and maintain relationships with agencies.

You’ll need to be passionate about PPC/Digital and Display whilst having already made an impact working in this area for 3 – 5 years. You’ll be brimming with ideas that you’ll want to try but with an analytical head to be able to report on the performance.

We are looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Experience in social media ads, affiliate networks and retargeting
  • Email marketing (Mailchimp)
  • Help support creation and maintenance of content across CMS and Web platforms
  • Effective written communication (so you can take a brief and then write the creative content)
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude who is able to multitask and prioritise

Responsibilities

  • Writing content, editing, and proofreading
  • Focused on increasing organic visibility on our websites (utilising SEO tools and Google Analytics)
  • Setting up and running PPC / Display campaigns
  • Reporting on paid advertising activity
  • Implementing strategies to increase conversions across marketing channels
  • Generating meaningful content for SEO, social media and email marketing

Required

  • At least 3 years’ experience writing and managing campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google Ads
  • Experience in planning, implementing and reporting on paid-for social media marketing
  • Experience in photo and video editing for social media
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adopt the brand’s tone of voice
  • Knowledge of PPC, email and affiliate marketing
  • Experience in Google Analytics to report on campaigns and website performance
  • Photoshop, Email marketing (Mailchimp) and CRM knowledge (Salesforce)
