Control Room Operator

Location: Kenley Department: Security

The operation is based and located at our head office at Kenley in Surrey. We are looking for new candidates to join our existing team!

Responsibilities

  • The position is a 4 on, 4 off shift-based role with that comprises of 2 days/2 nights followed by 4 days off
  • Managing controlled access via Video Management platform
  • Monitoring and processing electronic alarm signals
  • Provide a highly professional standard of customer care within the telephone service we provide to our clients in line with the security protocols required
  • Provide reports in a timely and professional manner and meeting KPI targets
  • Liaise with the emergency services when necessary
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • Monitor CCTV and take the appropriate action in a speedy manner
  • Managing clients expectations in what can sometimes be a very active environment
  • Acting and communicating in a clear and professional manner at all times

The following qualities/experiences are advantageous:

  • Computer literate (Word, Excel and Google Docs)
  • Experience with customer service or within a control room

 

Conditions of employment

  • You are expected to wear full uniform (no trainers)
  • Full Security vetting
